Cold air and wind will continue to combine to create bitterly cold wind chills to finish out the weekend. Yesterday’s high temperatures didn’t make it out.
Skies will be cloudy to kick off the weekend with a chance for a stray and short-lived shower at any time during the day. There is a possibly for a few thunderstorms to develop after 2:00 pm primarily for parts of northwest Texas.

The first out of three winter storms has arrived in San Diego County bringing widespread showers and snow to the mountains. Most of Sunday will be dry with isolated showers beginning after 5 p.m., NBC 7 s Meteorologist Crystal Egger said. We’re going to see widespread showers and isolated thunder overnight Sunday and early Monday morning.
Our next storm remains on track to bring areas of heavy rain and snow, windy conditions, and cold temperatures over the next few days. Big impacts will be felt on the roads, especially the 8 and the 15 (Cajon Pass). Spread the word and stay safe out there! #cawxpic.twitter.com/CzwCcBs7HR NWS San Diego (@NWSSanDiego) January 24, 2021
